Climate change & Sustainable agriculture WSET Level 3 Wines Certified

I am a senior strategy, planning, and cross-team collaborator known to see the big picture, keep a process and priorities on track, diligently follow through, and leave no detail behind. I work effectively across teams to develop strategies and foster efficient collaboration and alignment. Process management, facilitation, and translating complex ideas for a range of audiences are among my strengths. I am an inclusivity-driven collaborator adept at designing efficient information, consultation, and decision processes. Colleagues see me as a systems thinker, a valued thought partner, and a highly organized professional looked to for institutional knowledge and documentation.

My expertise is in climate change and sustainable agriculture policy where I have demonstrated impact in shaping global climate policy and served on NGO delegations to the UNFCCC climate negotiations numerous times. In the context of the UN climate negotiations, I facilitated a consensus-building effort among traditionally divergent civil society organizations, representing over 1000 civil society groups.

I have a passion for the art and science of winemaking, especially in the face of climate change and sustainability challenges, and enjoy sharing that passion and my growing knowledge with others.

I am recognized for my commitment to healthy workplace culture, wellness, sustainability, and social justice. Mindfulness and meditation keep me grounded. My camera is my travel companion. I live to bring joy to others and leave compassion in my wake.

Respect | Compassion | Trust | Efficiency | Honesty | Mindfulness | Candor | Excellence These are the values that guide my work.
