I do this by supporting organizations to develop focused strategies and plans and build healthy workplace culture that enables dynamic teams to thrive. By designing and facilitating inclusive processes, consultations, and planning meetings, I ensure efficient operations, wide engagement, and firm understanding of the vision and way forward. I am successful because of my ability to see the big picture yet break it down into a step-by-step plan and to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply.     My expertise is helping coalitions of similar organizations collaborate effectively to identify and achieve shared goals. I do this by actively facilitating dynamic conversations among organizations, creating clear and inclusive processes to build a shared agenda and strategy, and keeping a close eye on details and progress to ensure the group stays on track. I am successful because of my superior organizational and planning skills coupled with high emotional intelligence, my skill in seeing commonalities among different actors with competing priorities, and my ability to build trust with a diversity of players. I bring value by leveraging my own experience as a member of coalitions and my deep understanding of the importance of collaboration to achieving results. Together we can go further.

    I support teams, organizations, and coalitions to design inclusive, dynamic, and productive annual meetings, dialogues, and planning workshops. I recognize the equal importance of the process, for building relationships and fostering buy-in, and the outcome for ensuring the value of meetings amidst packed schedules. I promote open dialogue, self-awareness, mindful and respectful listening, and a willingness to ask and answer potentially tough questions. I’m successful because I rely on structured but flexible facilitation and a deliberate range of activities and approaches that keep to the agenda, create a welcoming, open environment, and enable equitable participation that accounts for styles of communication, comfort levels speaking in groups, and roles and expertise among participants. I bring value because of my high emotional intelligence, my own mindfulness practice, and my experience in countless meetings and workshops!
